Anyone???

I have been racking my brain...
Back in my childhood I remember seeing a movie on TV, like one of those kids weekend movies.
Now I don't think I learned the title and doubt I ever will without help.

I remember blatant and vivid memories of it.

I was in about probably mid-way through it.

So...
There's a girl with a magic mirror who goes to magical fairy-doo-da land, etc.
The only people she knows are her friends from Magic Land, they're both wearing medeival frilly noblish clothes. One is a thin guy and one looks like Dom DeLuise.

Apparently there is also a psychotic Frog Queen with a penchant for the taste of "Human Tea," or tea boiled with a human in a bag for (and she stresses it) EXACTLY ONE MINUTE!

Disturbing for a children's movie.

Big and Tall save her from the Frogs and usher her to return to normal life with single mother.
She does with poutty lips and childly sadness.
However, the Frogs show up at a costume party and decide to do THE EXACT SAME PLAN.
Except they kidnap Single Mother of Little Girl for Human Tea.
Rescue occurs, etc.
I think the Frogs were stopped or the Giant Teapot explodes or is broken and kills the Frogs.

I looked everywhere but can't find it!!!

But then again, who reads this blog? No one!!!

Anyone who does please PLEASE help me with a title or something.

Whether that or this is best dream I ever had and can make this into a movie.
I might do that anyway. Worst case scenario, the original moviemakers will remind me what movie it was with a lawsuit. If possible.
